In the world of reality TV, rumours flow all the time. And now we have rumours about Season 24 of TAR. For awhile, folks were talking about Season 24 being an All-Star Edition, the third such season TAR has done. The two previous All-Star Seasons were loads of fun because they brought together teams that we all loved and hated. Mostly loved. Or teams that were denied a chance to get further and/or win because of some event outside their control. Which happens a lot in TAR.
But now there's someone on Twitter who says to know who the actual teams are. I've got a list and be advised that this is only one anonymous person on Twitter who has talked about this. It could be true but it could not. Please note that this person is anonymous and when she (her twitter handle is female but that's easy to fake) announced the teams, she tried to blame it on Jet and Cord, the famed Cowboy team from Seasons 16 and 18, because she hates that team and wanted the producers to blame the boys and bounce them from this All-Star Season. Not very nice. So now you know one of the rumoured teams, Jet and Cord. Don't know why they should get a third chance. Nice guys but twice is enough. Then there's pro snowboarders Andy and Tommy from Season 19. These guys were okay, I almost forgot they existed but they won a lot of legs in their season and blew it in the end. Joining the rumoured line up are Brendan and Rachel, the Big Brother couple in season 20. She cried at the top of the hat but it seems they are now married. One of my fav teams of all time, Bopper and Mark, are also on the rumour list. These guys are a great example why TAR should have more average folks than "celebrity" teams. |
